Research on the Impact of Green Logistics on Digital Accessories Exports under the Trend of Carbon Neutrality

Abstract
This paper explores the multi-dimensional impact of green logistics on digital accessories exports under the background of carbon neutrality. The study found that green logistics significantly promoted the export of digital accessories by reducing carbon footprint, improving environmental protection image and meeting international environmental standards. At the same time, policy support, enhanced consumer environmental awareness and technological progress have jointly promoted the development of green logistics. However, high costs, technical barriers and differences in international standards remain the main challenges. The study recommends that companies adopt coping strategies such as technological innovation, supply chain optimization and strategic cooperation, and looks forward to the future trend of the integration of digitalization, intelligence and green logistics.

Introduction
As the global climate change problem becomes increasingly severe, carbon neutrality has become a common goal of the international community. In this context, green logistics, as a key link in reducing carbon emissions in the supply chain, has a profound impact on international trade, especially the export of digital accessories. The digital accessories industry is characterized by fast product updates and frequent transportation, and the environmental impact of its logistics process is particularly significant. This study aims to analyze the development status of green logistics under the trend of carbon neutrality, explore its specific impact mechanism on the export of digital accessories, and propose corresponding response strategies to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the sustainable development of the industry.

  1. Overview of Carbon Neutrality and Green Logistics
Carbon neutrality refers to the goal of achieving net zero carbon dioxide emissions from human activities through energy conservation, emission reduction, carbon compensation and other means. This concept originated from international efforts to address climate change and has now developed into a global consensus and policy focus of various countries. In the process of achieving carbon neutrality, the logistics industry, as an important source of energy consumption and carbon emissions, faces tremendous transformation pressure.

Green logistics refers to a modern logistics model that integrates environmental protection concepts into the entire logistics process and reduces resource consumption and environmental pollution through efficient transportation, clean energy, packaging optimization and other means. Its core features include: using new energy transportation tools, such as electric trucks and hydrogen fuel vehicles; optimizing transportation routes and loading efficiency; using recyclable packaging materials; establishing a reverse logistics system, etc. Green logistics can not only reduce carbon emissions, but also reduce operating costs and enhance corporate image. It has become an important direction for the future development of the logistics industry.

  1. The positive impact of green logistics on the export of digital accessories
The role of green logistics in promoting the export of digital accessories is mainly reflected in three aspects. First, by adopting clean energy transportation tools, optimizing transportation routes and improving loading efficiency, green logistics significantly reduces the carbon footprint of digital accessories exports. For example, the use of electric trucks for terminal distribution can reduce carbon emissions by more than 30%, while the optimization of sea transportation routes can save about 15% of fuel consumption.

Second, the implementation of green logistics helps to enhance the environmental image and international competitiveness of digital accessories export enterprises. With the increase of global environmental awareness, many international buyers have included the environmental performance of suppliers in their procurement standards. Enterprises that adopt green logistics are more likely to obtain environmental certification and meet the supply chain requirements of large multinational companies such as Apple and Samsung, thereby winning more export orders.

Finally, green logistics helps digital accessories export enterprises better adapt to international environmental regulations and standards. Major markets such as the European Union and the United States have introduced strict logistics carbon emission restriction policies, such as the European Union’s carbon emission trading system. By deploying green logistics in advance, export enterprises can avoid possible trade barriers in the future and ensure market access qualifications.

  1. The main factors promoting the development of green logistics
Policies and regulations are the key forces driving the development of green logistics. Governments of various countries have introduced supporting policies, such as China’s “dual carbon” target supporting measures and the EU’s green logistics subsidy plan. These policies include both binding regulations such as carbon emission restrictions and incentives such as tax incentives and financial support, creating a favorable environment for the transformation of green logistics.

The improvement of consumers’ environmental awareness has formed a strong market driving force. According to the survey, more than 60% of European and American consumers are willing to pay extra for environmentally friendly logistics. This change in demand has prompted e-commerce platforms and brand owners to give priority to green logistics services, thereby promoting the green transformation of the entire supply chain.

Technological progress has provided conditions for the implementation of green logistics. Innovations such as improved performance and reduced costs of new energy vehicles, precise monitoring of the transportation process through Internet of Things technology, and route planning optimization through big data have enabled green logistics to gradually compete with traditional logistics in terms of efficiency and cost. In particular, the application of blockchain technology provides a reliable solution for the transparent accounting and certification of carbon emissions.

IV. Challenges and countermeasures in the implementation of green logistics
Despite the broad prospects, the application of green logistics in the field of digital accessories exports still faces many challenges. The primary problem is high cost pressure. The initial investment in new energy vehicles and intelligent logistics systems is large, which increases the burden on enterprises in the short term. Secondly, technical barriers limit the participation of small and medium-sized enterprises, and many manufacturers lack the expertise and implementation capabilities of green logistics. In addition, the lack of uniformity in international environmental standards has also brought compliance difficulties to cross-border logistics.

To cope with these challenges, enterprises can adopt a multi-pronged strategy. In terms of technological innovation, they should increase investment in the research and development of clean energy and energy-saving technologies, and lower the technical threshold through cooperation with scientific research institutions. In terms of supply chain optimization, an industry-shared logistics platform can be established to improve resource utilization efficiency. In terms of strategic cooperation, they should actively participate in international environmental protection initiatives, strive for policy support, and strengthen cooperation with upstream and downstream enterprises to share the transformation costs. In addition, enterprises should also focus on talent training, establish a professional green logistics team, and enhance overall implementation capabilities.

V. Conclusion
Under the trend of carbon neutrality, green logistics has become a strategic choice that cannot be ignored by digital accessories export enterprises. This study confirms that green logistics can not only reduce environmental impact, but also create new competitive advantages and market opportunities. Despite facing multiple challenges such as cost and technology, enterprises can successfully achieve green transformation through strategies such as technological innovation and win-win cooperation. Looking ahead, with the deep integration of digitalization, intelligent technology and green logistics, as well as the strengthening of international environmental protection cooperation, green logistics will play a greater role in promoting the sustainable development of digital accessories exports. It is recommended that enterprises plan ahead and incorporate green logistics into their long-term development strategies to cope with increasingly stringent environmental protection requirements and seize opportunities in emerging markets.
